Corona Virus Notice

Open for Business

Our solicitors have been designated as key workers by the Ministry of Justice and will operate from the office where possible.  However, they or other solicitors may be working remotely from home. We therefore recommend that you contact the solicitor dealing with your matter by email in the first instance.

Our offices remain “open” from 9:00am to 5:30pm so if you contact us during those times, we will attend to any queries you may have.

We are not meeting with clients personally, but we have implemented processes that allow our solicitors to “meet” with clients via video conferencing. We can also set up telephone conferences. To arrange this please telephone or email for an appointment and we will make the arrangements.

If you are an existing client, please do not be concerned as we will continue to work on your matter and adhere to any deadlines. The Home Office are accepting applications but if there are changes to their procedures, we will let you know.

To email our solicitors please email them using their usual email address. For example: Our Ms Lira Simon Cabatbat can be contacted at

For general emails please email as usual:

Getting documents to us

Documents can be scanned and emailed to us. There remains an effective postal service so items can also be posted to us but please allow for more time for correspondence to reach us. As usual, original documents should be sent securely (registered or special delivery). You can also leave documents at our Richmond Office using our post box but before doing so please email to inform us so we can watch out for it.
